A new day

Today was a chilly morning here in England as I woke to find a dusting of snow outside. It was chilly but the birds didn't seem to feel the cold for some reason but I certainly did!
 They were happy this morning after I took their fruit and veggies out (which they don't eat!). They had: apple, sweetcorn and brocolli which I must say sounds a bit boring .

At least Oscar and Jack had an attempted at it although this is them with curly kale.

Anyway, I was not with them most the day because of school but as always they were annoying Charlie again by trying to peck him through the bars. Mum found this out when Charlie was non-stop beeping at us through the bars until we moved the curtain so he could not see the budgies and it worked.

They are very excited about getting a secret santa from a forum called Talk budgies who I can not say who it is just in case they see this blog.

Introduction of the budgies and cockatiel

Ok, I have not yet introduced you to my three budgies and one cockatiel so here we go.

Coco

Yellow face type two green cinnamon.

Jack

Yellow face type one grey.

Talola - R.I.P

She died of a respitory infection.

She was a sky blue dominant pied.

Oscar

Yellow face type two blue opaline.

Charlie

Normal grey pearl pied split.

Northen Parrots - buy

Just went for my first buy on northen parrots today which was a Medium sized "happy perch" for the budgies to perch by the window.

It come in three sizes:

Small - Budgies and Lovebirds
Medium - Cockatiels and Segenals
Large - African grey and Amazon

I brought medium because I thought my three budgies: coco, jack and oscar would love more room to themselves.
